  • Indo-Global Social Service Society

    Indo-Global Social Service Society (IGSSS) is a not-for-profit Indian development organization working with the mandate for a humane social order based on truth, justice, freedom and equity. Registered in 1961, IGSSS works for the development and capacity building of the vulnerable communities across the country for their effective participation in development focusing on a rights-based approach. With its presence in 22 States and two Union Territories of India, IGSSS has five core thematic areas – Urban Poverty Reduction, Sustainable Livelihood, Disaster Risk Reduction, Youth Development and Gender Equity. In its over 56 years of existence, IGSSS has successfully implemented and supported programs in all the states and union territories of India.

  • JAMGHAT

    Established in 2003, Jamghat, a registered NGO in New Delhi, aims to help children and women living and working on the streets of Delhi to realize their dreams and re-join society by offering opportunities to make them self-sustained and more independent. Jamghat seeks to rehabilitate street children and to raise awareness within society by using the medium of street theatre as well as interactive workshops, night-walks and other social means of communication. Jamghat aims not only to provide the homeless a home, but also to equip them with the tools needed to be an able, independent and responsible member of the society they inhabit. With the aim of being more than just a charity, Jamghat hopes to instill within each one that it works with, that to be good human being is as important as being a successful one.
